Meet Shaun Garceau
- Shaun is the founder of SGB Training as well as the namesake
- He was drafted by St Louis Cardinals in 2005
- He played professional baseball for 11 years before retiring in 2016
- Since then, he has dedicated his time towards turning the next generation of baseball into the best it can be
Our Team
- At SGB Training we believe that success on the field begins with exceptional coaching. Our instructors are all former college and professional baseball/softball players who have dedicated their lives to the sport. They know what it takes to succeed at the highest level and they're passionate about passing that knowledge on to the next generation of upcoming ballplayers.

What we offer
- We offer personalized hitting lessons that focus on improving your swing mechanics, timing, and approach at the plate. Our experienced instructors use the latest cutting-edge technology, such as Rapsodo and HitTrax, to analyze your swing and provide data-driven feedback to help you improve
- Our pitching, catching, hitting, and fielding lessons are designed to help you develop proper mechanics, footwork, and positioning so you can become more confident in the sport we all love
- In addition to individual lessons, we offer camps, clinics, cage rentals, and group hitting and pitching lessons that provide a fun and challenging environment for you to improve your skills. Our experienced coaches and trainers will work with you to develop your strength, speed, agility, and endurance so you can perform at your best on the field
Our Facility
- Our Brand new state-of-the-are baseball facility is located in West Palm Beach, Florida. Our Facility boasts an impressive 15k square feet of space, with e. everything you need to elevate your game to the next level
- With 5 large cages for baseball and softball, you'll have plenty of room to practice. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, our cages are equipped with everything you need to improve your skills, including high-quality pitching machines and other advanced training equipment
- In addition to our spacious cages, we also offer two MLB sized pitching mounds, with Rapsodo and HitTrax technology. This allows you to track your progress and analyze your performance like never before
